Are you ready to create the conditions necessary for vibrant emotional health and happiness? With compassion, empathy and acceptance, I carefully create a warm, safe, non-judgmental environment for clients to share and explore areas of challenge in their lives. I believe in a holistic, integrative and collaborative approach to therapy and view each client and their life experience as unique. This approach is an effective way to build a supportive and trusting client-therapist relationship, which significantly enhances positive outcomes.
I work with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, depression, low self-esteem, fear, career challenges, stress, inertia, health anxiety, spiritual and relationship concerns. Working on interpersonal relationship issues, I focus on helping clients identify cycles of communication and interaction that increase disconnection and guide them towards safe, secure bonding through meaningful change and creation of greater emotional intimacy and connection.
I will walk with you on this enriching journey of self-exploration and self-awareness-raising. I take a client-centered approach, which constantly evolves with the client and their experiences. I have tremendous respect and appreciation for the courage, strength and resilience I see in my clients. I am inspired by the empowerment and confidence that clients gain as they move forward and achieve personal freedom through this powerful process.
I am committed to my own ongoing personal and professional growth and development. I am a graduate of the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology program at the Adler School of Professional Psychology. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a professional member in good standing with the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA) and Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). My passions include travelling, yoga, zumba, reiki and walking in nature.
