Are you ready to create the conditions necessary for vibrant emotional health and happiness? With compassion, empathy and acceptance, Andrea carefully creates a warm, safe, non-judgmental environment for clients to share and explore areas of challenge in their lives. She believes in a holistic, integrative and collaborative approach to therapy and views each client and their life experience as unique. This approach is an effective way to build a supportive and trusting client-therapist relationship, which enhances positive outcomes.
Andrea works with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, depression, low self-esteem, fear, career challenges, stress, inertia, health anxiety, spiritual and relationship concerns. Working with couples, she focuses on identifying cycles of communication and interaction that increase disconnection and guides clients towards safe, secure bonding through meaningful change and creation of greater intimacy and connection.
Andrea will walk with you on this enriching journey of self-exploration and self-awareness-raising. She takes a client-centered approach, which constantly evolves with the client and their experiences. Andrea has tremendous respect and appreciation for the courage, strength and resilience she sees in her clients. She is inspired by the empowerment and confidence that clients gain as they move forward and achieve personal freedom through this powerful process.
Andrea is committed to her own ongoing personal and professional growth and development. She is a graduate of the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology program at the Adler School of Professional Psychology. She is also a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a professional member in good standing with the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA) and Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). Andrea’s passions include travelling, yoga, zumba, reiki and connecting in nature.
