Couples and Family Therapist
Natasha is a Registered Psychotherapist with a Masters of Divinity and Counselling from Tyndale University College & Seminary. She is honoured to walk alongside clients and support them through different life experiences.
Natasha truly believes that some of our best victories are won through showing up, being vulnerable and courageously learning from circumstances. As John Maxwell once said, “The Law of Pain: Good Management of Bad Experiences Leads to Great Growth.”
She prefers to utilize an eclectic model of therapy employing interventions from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Her speciality areas involve: anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, panic attacks, stress, relational concerns, dating, and life transitions.
Natasha enjoys working with couples to help increase emotional connection and communication through the Emotionally Focused Therapy modality. As a Prepare and Enrich Facilitator, she offers premarital counselling to couples looking to enrich their relationship in the next chapter of life.
