Nekita D’Souza

Nekita received her Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. She takes an eclectic client-centered approach towards counselling combining aspects of cognitive behavioural therapy, solution-focused brief therapy and mindfulness. She helps clients achieve insight and work towards their therapeutic goals by helping them understand their thoughts, behaviours and emotions.

Much of Nekita’s work focuses on depression, anxiety, stress, grief, loss, PTSD, trauma and self-exploration. Nekita has been trained in EMDR, neurofeedback and QEEG brain mapping.
